Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping CODE NXT. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

Approved returns are issued as a CODE NXT Gift Card, giving you the flexibility to choose another size, color, or style.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, merchandise must be in its original condition:

Unworn and unwashed
Undamaged and unaltered
Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, and other signs of wear
All original tags must remain attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging

Your order number or proof of purchase is also required.

CODE NXT reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email contact@codenxtscrubs.com with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST.”

Please include:

Your order number
The item(s) you would like to return
A brief reason for your return

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for sending your item(s) back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped within 5 days of return authorization.

Please keep your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed. CODE NXT is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Store Credit & Return Costs

Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a CODE NXT Gift Card.

Your store credit will be based on the amount originally paid for the returned item(s), less any applicable return costs outlined below.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an item being damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled by CODE NXT.

If your original order qualified for free shipping and a return brings the value of the merchandise you keep below the original free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your store credit.

For returns of 5 or more items, a 5% restocking fee may apply to help offset the additional inspection, processing, and restocking associated with larger-volume returns.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

For hygiene reasons, headbands and bodysuits are Final Sale due to direct contact with the hair and body.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact contact@codenxtscrubs.com within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

These situations are handled separately from standard returns and are not subject to standard return shipping costs or restocking fees when the issue is confirmed to be our error.

Return Processing

Once your return is received, please allow up to 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

Once approved, your CODE NXT Gift Card will typically be issued within 2–3 business days.

Returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, missing tags, or other conditions outside of our return requirements may be declined.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, you may return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order for your preferred item.

International Returns

International customers should contact contact@codenxtscrubs.com directly for return assistance. International shipping charges, duties, taxes, and other applicable fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been fulfilled and confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, CODE NXT is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.

Claims involving packages lost or damaged while in the possession of the shipping carrier should be filed directly with the applicable carrier.

We are happy to provide any available information needed to assist with your claim.

Order Cancellations

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters fulfillment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Any non-refundable third-party transaction fees associated with an approved cancellation may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Fair Use of Our Return Policy

To keep our return policy fair for the entire CODE NXT community, we reserve the right to limit or decline returns in cases involving excessive or irregular return activity, suspected “wardrobing,” merchandise showing signs of wear or alteration, or suspected fraudulent activity.
