We’re excited to get your CODE NXT order to you.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after your order confirmation is received. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Promotional Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

When a free shipping promotion is available, it applies only to orders where the standard shipping cost is less than $20 USD.

If the shipping cost for an order is $20 USD or more, the order will not qualify for promotional free shipping and the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

Where We Ship

CODE NXT currently ships to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations, with additional locations being added as available.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not included in the CODE NXT purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

If an international shipment is refused or returned to CODE NXT because duties, taxes, customs charges, or other required import fees were not paid, any costs incurred in returning the package may be deducted from the amount otherwise eligible for refund or store credit.

We recommend reviewing your country’s applicable customs and import requirements before placing an order.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimated transit times provided by the shipping carrier and do not include CODE NXT’s order-processing time.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume shipping periods, or other circumstances outside of our control.

During particularly busy periods, including holidays, deliveries may experience additional delays.

Shipping Carriers

If the selected shipping service is unable to deliver to the address provided, CODE NXT may use another comparable shipping carrier or service to complete your order when appropriate.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available or update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received your order within 7–10 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact contact@codenxtscrubs.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, certain delivery issues may require investigation directly through the carrier.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, or if your package is lost or damaged while in transit, please contact the applicable shipping carrier to initiate a claim.

CODE NXT is happy to provide available order and shipment information to assist with your claim.

Carrier investigations are handled independently by the shipping provider and may take several weeks to resolve. Any reimbursement related to a carrier claim is determined by the applicable shipping provider.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be shipped as close as possible to the estimated shipping timeframe provided on the product page or at the time of purchase.

Estimated pre-order dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production, freight, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. If there is a significant change to the expected shipping timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.

Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time the order is placed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and contact information remain current while awaiting a pre-order.

If you need to update your information before your order ships, please contact contact@codenxtscrubs.com as soon as possible.

If CODE NXT is unable to begin shipping a pre-order within 3 months of the date the order was placed, you may request a full refund.

Except as otherwise required by law, additional discounts, refunds, or credits will not be issued solely because of a change or delay in an estimated pre-order shipping date.
